FirstLeap began in 2002 as FirstLeap IT Solutions, developing custom applications for enterprises and as office outsourcing partner. To date, FirstLeap had developed applications for SCS (now under NCS), Beyonics Technology, Sakae Sushi, Thai Express and Party World.

In 2003, it became an IBM Business Partner and reseller, including other branded equipment.

By offering Web Hosting services in 2004, FirstLeap complete its aim to be a one-stop for infocom technology solutions.

FirstLeap IT Solutions was incorporated as FirstLeap Solutions Pte Ltd in 2005.
